Monolith Construction Panhandle LLC is growing and looking to immediately fill three experienced positions at our Port St. Joe operation:

• Office Manager— Support the day-to-day operations of our Port St. Joe office. Must be organized, dependable, and experienced in a professional office environment and be available to work at the Port St Joe location Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST

• Assistant Project Manager — Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in commercial construction. Must be able to create and maintain project budgets and schedules, manage subcontractor agreements, coordinate meetings with upper-level staff, and work directly under our Senior Project Manager.

• Field Superintendent — Minimum 2 years of field construction experience. Must be knowledgeable in reading plans, coordinating trades, and executing commercial construction projects in the field.

Experience is required for all positions. Immediate hiring opportunities are available.

Monolith Construction Panhandle LLC is seeking an experienced Grant Compliance Officer to join our team.

This position will be responsible for helping manage, track, and execute compliance requirements associated with federal and state-funded construction projects and grants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage federal and state grant compliance requirements
• Maintain required documentation, reporting, and project records
• Track deadlines, submissions, reimbursements, and compliance milestones
• Assist with audits and funding agency documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, municipalities, engineers, and government agencies
• Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable grant and funding requirements
• Assist with Davis-Bacon, certified payroll, procurement, and other federally funded project requirements when applicable

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant grant compliance or grant administration experience
✅ Experience with federal and/or state grant-funded projects
✅ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting requirements
✅ Construction, municipal, or public infrastructure grant experience is highly preferred

We are looking for someone who can step into this position and take ownership of the compliance and administrative requirements associated with our growing portfolio of publicly funded projects.

We are looking for someone with real, hands-on field experience who understands construction from the ground up and can effectively manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and day-to-day jobsite operations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an actual construction field position
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining schedules
• Safety and quality focused
• Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of a project
