Blue Line Remodeling, LLC is licensed and insured. Founded in 2006, the owner, Amil Alwan, has created a reputable and honest business. He is a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor. He is also EPA Lead-Safe Certified. Blue Line Remodeling, LLC has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders since 2010. We offer a variety of jobs for the exterior of your home. Not only do we repair or replace roofing and siding, we can build additions, decks, garages and much more. We can tackle the interior of your home as well. Not every project goes exactly as planned, and that’s okay. 🔨

During this kitchen remodel, we pulled up the old floor and found the original framing hadn’t been built the way it should have been. It’s the kind of problem you’d never see from the surface, but it affects everything that sits on top of it.

So before going any further, we fixed it. We installed a new support beam underneath to give the floor the strength and stability it was missing. Now the new kitchen will sit on a solid, level foundation that’s built to last.

At Blue Line, we believe the work you can’t see matters just as much as the finishes you can. Doing it right the first time means no sagging floors, cracked tile or uneven cabinets down the road. 💪

Floors are going in! 🪵 This great room is really starting to come together. Our friends at Bigfoot Flooring are laying the hardwood under those vaulted ceilings, beams, and wall of windows, and we can’t wait to see it finished. Demo Day Progress 🔨💙

Every beautiful kitchen starts with a little controlled chaos! Our crew has been hard at work on demolition for one of our current kitchen remodels, and things are moving right along.

This phase is about a lot more than tearing things out. Our team is carefully opening up walls and ceilings, removing old fixtures, and working around existing ductwork and wiring so everything is ready for what comes next. And that plastic sheeting you see? That’s dust containment, set up to help keep the mess where it belongs and protect the rest of the home. 🏠

Demo is also when we get a real look at what’s behind the walls, so we can catch any surprises early and make sure the new space is built on a solid foundation.
