Another exciting commercial construction project is taking shape for JEBCO Construction in Prescott, Arizona! We’re proud to be working with property owner Martin Ament on The Ament Building, a new 15,120-square-foot metal commercial building located in the Prescott Airpark.

Construction began July 6, 2026, and our dedicated crew was hard at work at 3 a.m., completing a major concrete pour!

This new speculative commercial building is being developed for lease, adding valuable commercial space and opportunities for businesses in Prescott’s growing community.

⚾ COMING SOON TO PRESCOTT, ARIZONA! NEW D-BAT BATTING CAGES! JEBCO Construction Company is proud to partner with D-BAT Prescott owner Jon Carlson to bring an exciting new indoor baseball and softball training facility to Central Arizona!

Construction kicked off on July 6, and the team is working toward an anticipated November 2026 opening!
