Hot on one side. Cold on the other. A separate run for each fixture it feeds, every one with its own shutoff right here at the source.

Which means when something needs fixing, that one fixture gets shut off. Not everything on the same line.

It takes longer to build this way and it uses more material. It pays for itself the first time somebody needs water somewhere else while one fixture is apart.

Rain or shine, the job gets done. ☀️🌧️

Full system changeout today. Furnace and AC both came out, new equipment went in, and the unit was running before the crew pulled off the driveway.

Weather does not move our schedule. If you are booked, you are booked.

Summer is winding down but the heat is not. If your system is running all day and the house still is not comfortable, this is the time of year to handle it.

Do you know where your cleanout is?

Most people do not, and it is the first thing we look for. It is the capped fitting that gives us direct access to your main line. Usually a basement, a crawlspace, or outside near the foundation.

Finding it takes time you are paying for. Knowing where yours is, before anything goes wrong, makes the whole visit shorter.

Go and look this weekend. If you cannot find one, that is worth knowing too, and it is worth a conversation before you need one.

New condenser set, gauges on, being charged and checked.

Most of what separates a good AC install from a bad one is invisible a week later. Level pad, proper clearances, a correct charge rather than a close enough one. Get those wrong and the equipment still runs, just not for as long as it should.

No ductwork in the house does not mean window units are your only option. 🥳

Watch where this system actually went: straight up into the attic. Air handler, plenum, flex runs, all of it overhead and out of the way. No basement corner surrendered. No hall closet gutted. The homeowner did not give up a single square foot of living space. 🙌

If your home has attic access, you likely have room for a full central system. Most people never get told that.

Mini-split going in, gauges on it, charge being verified before anyone calls it done.

A mini-split will heat and cool a room that your existing system has never handled properly. Additions, converted garages, finished attics, the room over the garage that is always ten degrees off.

If you have a room like that, we will come and look at it and tell you honestly whether a mini-split is the right answer.
