Juliet, TN! 🏗️ After a year of design, engineering, and approvals, this 28,000 sq. ft. ground-up dealership on 5 acres is officially under construction. Proud to build alongside Nissan North America, NREDI, Gensler, Studio Detroit Architects, CSDG Civil, and Victory Automotive Group. 🙌

A look inside the new Serra Ford in Rochester Hills! 📸

This project was completed in phases so the dealership could keep serving customers throughout construction. Phase 1 delivered the brand-new facility, and Phase 2 cleared the way by safely removing and demolishing the original building.

It’s rewarding to see the team settled into their new space. Thank you to Serra Ford for trusting Bloom GC with this project, and to every partner and trade who helped make it happen.

A look inside the completed Skalnek Ford dealership! 📸

We’re proud to have led the ground-up construction of this 52,096 sq. ft. facility on a 10.48-acre site. The finished space includes:
🚗 A premium sales and showroom area
🔧 A full-service department
🛠️ A collision center
💧 An integrated drive-through car wash
