Position Summary
We are looking for another individual that is able to operate excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and track loaders. Foreseeable projects include excavation, large slab preps, utility trenching and install, road work, and agricultural excavation.

· Trenching and grading with appropriate equipment
· +3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
· Installation of water, sewer, power main/primary
· Knowledge of machine GPS technology preferred
· Must poses a Driver’s license with clean driving history
· Maintain equipment and operating standards
· Ability to fill out daily work reports, timecards, and maintenance requests

A pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record and background check will be required.

Benefit Package includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance (80% premium payed by employer), 401k (4% match), supplemental insurance, wellness program, yearly bonus, and additional employee incentive programs.
