JD Neel Construction was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship and became an S corporation in 1994. The company initially was a large framing contractor for production home builders in Central Oregon and evolved into construction of complete homes. In 2001, Jason Neel became a partner in Diamond Built Homes and was engaged in developing and building out residential subdivisions in Bend, Redmond

and Richland, Wash. After weathering the housing crash, he re-established JD Neel Construction Inc. At the same time, he is investigating opportunities to build and sell homes on an individual basis. JD Neel Construction is Earth Advantage Certified and specializes in energy efficient, GREEN built homes. Harcourts The Garner Group Redmond is excited to be part of this year’s Charm Stroll, happening Saturday, December 13th from 11am–3pm — and yes… the Grinch will be making an appearance! 💚🎅🏻

✨ Here’s what’s happening at our office:
Stop by 444 SW 6th St. during the Charm Stroll for FREE photos with the Grinch!
📸 Photos will be taken by our very own Briana Linderman, and the Grinch himself will be played by Will Price — two of our hardworking agents who are always here to help with your Central Oregon real estate needs!
