Amazing start into the New Year 2026 for our clients building in Holly Twp, Michigan. This Modular Custom Ranch designed with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, custom mud room, custom master bath, Anderson 400 series window package throughout home , custom kitchen design and high-end quartz installed throughout.
We were able to save a 75–100-year-old pine tree on the property during the home set.
