We take every precaution to keep your home clean during interior renovations. 🏠✨🧹

In order for us to continue building our brand. We will have our professional cleaning crew follow behind us to clean up the interior area we finished renovating in your home starting November 2026. 🏗️📋🧼

Just to clarify. If we do a full renovation on your bathroom. Our cleaning crew will do a final cleaning on the bathroom which will be include in the renovation. We may have them clean/vacuum the hallway floor or area(s) of travel as well. 🚿✨✅

If you decide that you would like to hire them to clean different areas of your home. That can be discussed between you and the cleaning crew. 🤝🏡😊

This project involved more than replacing the old sliding glass door with a new window.

After removing the existing door and trim, the wall opening was exposed—you could see straight from inside the room to the outdoors. That gave us a clear look at the framing, where we found rotted lumber that needed to be removed and replaced before installing the new window.

We repaired the damaged framing, installed the new window, and finished the opening for a cleaner look. Finding and correcting the hidden damage was an important part of making sure the new installation had a solid foundation.

Another step toward a safer, refreshed home from Flint’s Home Renovations LLC.

Thank you for the opportunity.

The inside of the window, the removal of the painter's tape on the outside, and the bedroom are all that need to be finished on this renovation.
