5 year old water heater busted at the bottom
We got it swapped out along with new expansion tank, pan and set it on blocks

Customer called and said their water heater was leaking at the pop off valve went out and diagnosed it to be bad Pressure Reducing Valve (140 psi) so we swapped it out with a brand new one sitting at 55 psi

Gotta love cast iron drains in a home…
If you have Cast iron drains for your homes drainage system here is some issues you may see happen

Slow Drainage
Fittings leaking water around old led joints
Cracking/breaking on the outer side of the pipe
A drainage belly in your drain line ( up, down, up)

Replaced some drains today on 3” ABS that had improper 3” Tee’s on their top we replaced them with the Correct fittings 1 3inch Wye and 2 3x2 Wye
