A smarter way to support both park visitors and park operations.
At Mike Ward Community Park in Irvine, California, Romtec helped deliver a new park office building that combines public restrooms with a dedicated workspace for park staff. Designed to replace an aging facility, the new structure improves accessibility, supports increasing park usage, and provides a central location for daily park management.
Built with durable concrete construction and customized to complement the park’s existing architecture, this facility serves multiple functions in one efficient building while helping the City of Irvine modernize its park infrastructure.
Working alongside the City of Irvine, David Volz Design, and Environmental Construction, Inc, this project demonstrates how thoughtful facility design can enhance the visitor experience while improving operational efficiency for park staff.
