Good morning, With the recent freeze there will be an influx of plumbers offering to help. Please make sure they are licensed correctly with a RMP. responsible master license, which is someone who carries insurance on their license/company. Any plumber can do work on your house, they might have the skill, but if they flood your house, they can walk away and not be liable without insurance. and your insurance might not cover a flood from a plumber with an incorrect license for soliciting work. Just a reminder this weekend, it’s gonna be cold weather. Make sure you get your plumbing insulated and water hoses taken off the hose bibbs. If the weather stays below 30 for a couple days straight, make sure you open your cabinets on the outside wall so they can get some heat to them. Drip your faucets.
