💐🌸 Flower Stand Update! 🌸💐

The flower stand is open daily at 10 AM until the first frost! 🥶🌺

There are currently 3 (and I’m making more) fresh dahlia bouquets on the self-serve flower stand! 💐❤️

Plus, there are still some freebies with purchase left over from this past weekend! 🎁🌸

Stop by and enjoy these last blooms of the season before they freeze! 🧡🌺

I love when someone enjoys the garden just as it was intended! 🥰🥰🌸

This photo was taken probably a month or more ago, when the dahlias were still shorter! 🌺🌿

🌺💗 Dahlia of the Day 💗🌺

Feline Yvonne 🩷

This one is another new addition to my garden this year, and I absolutely love her! 😍 The rich raspberry-pink and fuchsia colors are simply gorgeous! 💗✨ Such a vibrant beauty!

The bloom in the first 2 photos was taken yesterday and measures 3”, while the second bloom was taken in late September and measures 4”. She’s classified as an Informal Decorative variety. 🌸

💗🌺 Another new favorite in the garden! 🌺💗

My happy place! 🌺🥰
The dahlias have mostly been cut for tomorrow, but the garden is still peaceful, relaxing, and full of buds 🌺♥️

🎃🧡 Dahlia of the Day 🧡🎃

David Howard Dahlia 🍂

This beauty features gorgeous apricot- to pumpkin-orange blooms paired with dark bronze, purple-green foliage. Such a perfect combination for fall! 🧡🍁

Like some other varieties, the color changes somewhat as the season cools. I’ve included photos from mid-summer through now so you can see the transformation! 🍂🎃🌺 She’s definitely a great addition to the garden!

The blooms measure 2½” to 3” across and are classified as FD (Formal Decorative).

🧡💜 Purple & Orange: A Fall Favorite? 💜🧡

What do you think about a purple and orange bouquet?! 🧡💜 I absolutely LOVE this combination! It’s giving all the fall vibes with a little Halloween magic mixed in! 🎃🍂🌺👻

Bold, beautiful, and a little unexpected! 😍

What do you think? Would you put these colors together in a bouquet? 💐👇

The self-serve flower stand will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday this week (10/20–10/21 and 10/23–10/24).

🕙 Hours: 10 AM–9 PM each day!

The next frost is forecast for November 1, so I imagine these next two weeks will be winding down the dahlia season. 🥹🌺

I’ll be selling dahlia tubers in both the fall and spring. I’ll post updates once I start digging, so stay tuned! 🌸💐

☀️💛 Dahlia of the Day 💛☀️

Crichton Honey 🌼

This golden-yellow dahlia is perfect for fall! 🍂💛 Yellow isn’t one of my favorite flower colors, but I love the golden hue of this beauty! 💛💛

This particular bloom measures 2.75” across; she’s classified by the American Dahlia Society (ADS) as a Ball variety. 🌼✨

🌸🌺 A Little More Dahlia Season! 🌺🌸

We made it through the weekend with no damage to the dahlias! 🎉🌺 Now we’ve got a little extension on the season!

The forecast is calling for a low of 38° on November 1 and 32° on November 3 🥶🥶 (and of course that can change). I can’t imagine we’ll make it much past then, so it looks like we have another two glorious weeks to enjoy these beauties! 😍🌸💐

I’ll be enjoying every last bloom while I can! ❤️🌺
