ur expertise is based in truly high-end residential projects, along with the structure and discipline found only in large commercial construction projects. With our Field Operations Division of approximately 100 journeymen carpenters, New Star is able to self-perform structural and architectural concrete, structural wood and light steel framing, interior and exterior wood packages and the design and fabrication of custom mill work. In support of our growing Wood Division, New Star added a 21,000 square-foot mill work and cabinetry shop in 2001 to the company’s existing facilities. The Wood Division designs, fabricates and installs a wide variety of architectural mill work products, including cabinetry, wood flooring, wood doors and windows, sculpted wood wall paneling and custom furniture. New Star’s projects in the West have ranged from Utah and Montana to Arizona and California. New Star supports and includes sustainable green building practices into all our projects, and continues to incorporate the most current construction technologies so we can remain competitive and relevant in this quickly evolving industry

Last week, New Star General Contractors proudly completed the Adventure Camp Barn at Tuhaye for Talisker Club.

It’s an honor to build places that become part of a community’s story.

Adventure Camp was designed to give Talisker Club members a place to gather, explore, and create lasting memories with family and friends for years to come.

From paddleboarding, canoeing, and fishing to outdoor rock climbing, mountain biking, and winter tubing, this new amenity offers year-round adventure in one of Utah’s most beautiful settings.

Thank you to the Talisker Club team, our project partners, and everyone who helped bring this incredible vision to life. We’re proud to have played a part in creating another lasting destination at Tuhaye.

Last week, New Star General Contractors had the privilege of celebrating the groundbreaking of an exciting new project alongside our longtime partners at East West Partners

We are proud to be constructing 32 luxury ski-in/ski-out townhomes in the heart of Deer Crest, offering direct access to the Jordanelle Gondola and one of the most premier mountain destinations in the country.

A huge thank you to our outstanding New Star project team, the East West Partners team, our exceptional excavation partners at Clawson General Contracting, the Talisman Civil Consultants team, and the Zehren and Associates team for joining us to celebrate this milestone and for the collaboration that has helped bring this project to life.

We’re excited to get underway and look forward to delivering another exceptional mountain community together.

Excited to share that New Star has officially started construction on a project for The Other Side Village.

From the beginning, our goal was to help navigate this project at zero cost to The Other Side Village and support the incredible mission behind the community they are creating.

Projects like this do not happen alone. We’re extremely grateful for the subcontractors, vendors, and partners who stepped up alongside us and donated time, effort, resources, and expertise to help make it possible.

This has been a powerful reminder that construction can be about more than just buildings. It can bring people together around a shared purpose and create something that has a real impact on the community.

We are thankful to be a small part of it.
