I was just being kind saying hello to some Congo & Chad folks and they insisted I come over and eat some fantastic lamb, scrumptious salad and black coffee with them…. See it pays to be nice!

Unfortunately, their countries are extremely dangerous to live in. People are trying to leave, but there’s a lottery system where only certain members of the family are approved to leave and the rest of the family members have to stay there dividing up families.

Our team and our subs are doing a fantastic job on this home ! ! !

All new flooring throughout, doors, new front door, case + base trim, hardware, electrical switches, dimmers,outlets, lighting, all new paint, drywall repairs as needed, exhaust fans with timers.

This old deck is in much worse shape than we thought, However we’re gonna get it back up to par.

This tub goes down into the basement bathroom about 2 feet. 🤪
We’re going to get rid of it, make it normal by today’s standards then remodel the basement bathroom into an exquisite state compared to its present. 🧘 🚿 🙏 💦

I’m busy praying for us that we don’t get hurt removing these large, heavy & the biggest challenge, extremely awkward railings and working on this old rickety deck.
We are here to make it extremely strong and safe again, to make it more beautiful and give it an extra generous dose of longevity.

This poor little bird didn’t make it. It’s now up in bird heaven!
I absolutely believe in the campaign “One Kind Act a Day…”
However, there are 24 hours in a day.
Why not do at least 12 kind acts a day. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
This world would be such a better place!
