Let it grow wild 🌾

David McCullough was featured in ICSC ‘s Commerce + Communities Today on why retail landscapes are trading clipped hedges for native plants. He shares our work on The Trails at Westfield Galleria at Roseville , where oaks, sages, and wildflowers are bringing a true Northern California landscape to the shopping experience.

Construction has officially begun for Market View Apartments!

Last week, we joined RDC, Gafcon PM-CM LLC, and National City Investment Group to break ground on this 120-unit community in National City, transforming a parking lot along Highland Avenue into a vibrant new community. The development will feature coworking spaces, a rooftop deck, and even an outdoor yoga deck.

We’re excited to watch this project come to life and see the positive impact it will have on the surrounding community!🌿
