A smarter upgrade for hot waterđź’§

This project included replacing the old water heater with a new Rheem ProTerra high-efficiency hybrid heat pump water heater — combining electric heating with heat pump technology for more efficient everyday operation.

Along with the new unit, we installed a dedicated 240V electrical line, service disconnect with fuses, expansion tank, new hot and cold water connections, drain pan, and both regular and emergency drain lines.

Everything was installed as one complete system — plumbing, drainage, and electrical included ⚡

Some HVAC projects look simple in the end—but getting there takes a lot of work.

For this installation, we replaced the entire heat pump system, installed new refrigerant lines across the roof, completed a new 240V electrical circuit, connected the indoor coil, drainage system, and finished every detail to meet current building standards.

A clean installation today means dependable comfort for years to come—and that’s exactly what we aim for on every project.

Some homes simply aren’t a good fit for traditional ductwork.

For this project, the homeowner wanted efficient comfort without major remodeling. A Mitsubishi 3-zone mini split system was the perfect solution.

Three indoor zones, one outdoor heat pump, new electrical installation, refrigerant piping, and drainage—all integrated into the existing structure with a clean finished look.
