Old furnace out, new Bryant 80% efficiency system in.

This job involved more than just swapping the equipment. We reworked and insulated the supply plenum and return duct, updated the gas connection and exhaust, installed a new thermostat, filter setup and electrical fuse box, then finished with air balancing.

Everything was installed to current building standards and comes with a 3-year labor warranty.

New Williams gas wall heater installed and tested.

Old heater was removed and hauled away, the exhaust pipe was cleaned, and we installed the new unit with a new digital thermostat. We also checked the system operation and ran a carbon monoxide test to make sure everything was working safely.

Another Bryant 80% efficiency furnace replacement, with the full system cleaned up around it.

Old equipment came out, then we reworked and insulated the supply plenum and return duct, installed the gas P-trap and flex connection, updated the exhaust, added a new thermostat and filter setup, and finished with air balancing and system checks.

New Bryant 80% efficiency furnace installed and ready to go.

For this one, we removed the old system and installed a new supply plenum, gas P-trap and flex connection, along with a new roof jack for proper venting. Everything was installed to current building standards, with a 3-year labor warranty included.

Swapping out an old water heater for a high-efficiency Rheem hybrid!
This upgrade included a new electrical line, service disconnect, expansion tank, and updated hot and cold water connections. We also installed a drain pan and emergency drain line for added protection.

A small upgrade that makes a big difference behind the dryer.

We installed a new flex exhaust vent, cleaned the dryer duct, and checked the system for leaks. Proper airflow helps the dryer work the way it should and keeps the exhaust path clear.

A full furnace replacement with all the supporting details taken care of.

We removed and recycled the old system and installed a new 80% efficiency furnace, then reworked the supply plenum and return duct, added a new gas P-trap and flex connection, installed new exhaust piping, a filter box with a new filter, a digital thermostat, and a new fuse box.

The system was finished with proper insulation and air balancing to make sure everything was operating as intended.

Another furnace replacement with the details that matter behind the finished install. This 80% efficiency furnace replaced the old system. We reinstalled and insulated the supply plenum and return duct, then added new gas and exhaust connections. A new filter box, electrical fuse box, and digital thermostat completed the setup.
