Setting the standard what a Plumbing service company should be, R & L Plumbing do not pay our technician on commission on how much they sell nor bonus checks at the end of the month for the high sale technician , we pay our plumbers a good hourly wage with full benefits they just wanna be plumbers

you never call the service company and they’re trying to upsell you ? this is why they’re on commission The more they sell the more they get paid and they get bonus checks at the end of the month for the top sellers stick with the hourly paid technicians you will never have that problem
