With the increase in cost of food and decrease in quality - I believe that every square foot of unused land should be converted into a food production space delivering edible, organic harvests. While my passion is in growing edibles, I will do any job so l

The planting beds at the are expanding! First row of along with two rows of were planted yesterday. The beans are significantly denser this year as even during the heart of the season over half of the trellis ended up not being grown on last year. The beauty and one of the fun challenges to farming is finding the varieties and best growing practices for each individual space. A truly trial and error creative process!

Rewarded by our first full install garden yesterday during our maintenance visit. The white sage, Salvia Apiana, is loving the space and growing like crazy needing a healthy trim. I traded the land some work and she left me an entire garbage can full of clipping, soon to become smudge bundles to help clear stagnant and low vibrational energies

Back up and running at the . Maters and Taters are in! Bed prep: weeding, 1-2" layer of compost scratched in, plant, and water. I like to amend entire planting beds because in addition to saving time, we are also making the space as a whole more suitable place for food to grow as opposed to amending only a planting hole which when outgrown can push plants into a growth plateau due to a lack of nutrients.
