Designed and delivered by our own team, the remodel of our Santana Row office reflects the same creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail we bring to every project, while giving us a space we can continue to grow into for years to come.

Taking Team-Building to New Heights

Our Seattle office spent the day at High Trek Adventures completing team-building activities, obstacle courses, and ziplining. It was great seeing everyone supporting one another as we challenged ourselves to reach new heights!

What started as a six-story base building upgrade for Swift Real Estate Partners evolved into an additional three-floor tenant improvement project for SamTrans' new headquarters.

Located next to the Millbrae Transit Center, the project combines extensive infrastructure upgrades with modern workplace spaces, including conference rooms, collaboration areas, an Executive Briefing Center, and employee amenities. A great example of how projects can grow through strong partnerships and successful delivery.

Skyline partnered with Swift Real Estate Partners and SamTrans to deliver its new headquarters in Millbrae, transforming more than 156,000 square feet into a workplace designed to support the agency's operations and future growth.

Conveniently located next to the Millbrae Transit Center with direct access to Caltrain, BART, and SamTrans service, the facility brings employees closer to the communities they serve while supporting a more connected, transit-oriented future for the Bay Area.
