Excavation Laborer - $15-18 DOE
Basic jobsite labor. Setup and breakdown jobsites, run materials and general labor hand.
Crew Leader - $20-30 DOE + Timeline Bonus and paid leave after probationary period
Supervise 1-3 man excavation crews. From retaining walls, paver patios and concrete pads to gravel pads and commercial projects, crew leaders are expected to handle all on job assignments. Must be able to operate skid steers, excavators and other heavy equipment.
Operations Manager - $25-45 DOEs + Timeline bonus and paid leave after probationary period
We are in search of an operations manager to handle multiple crews, fill in as crew leader as needed, coordinate operations across multiple job sites and handle employees.
We are a family owned and operated construction company that is expanding. All applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. We do background checks, check previous employers, and call references on all supervisory positions.
