We’re excited to announce that this project is now entering Step 2: HOA Approval & Permitting. Once approvals are finalized, we’ll begin scheduling utility locates, material deliveries, and excavation.

This custom in-ground shotcrete pool is officially buttoned up — excavated, steel installed, plumbed, shotcrete complete, backfilled, and forms stripped.

Now we’re in the curing phase while inspections finalize and the homeowner selects their custom waterline tile before installation.
