SimQ is putting the finishing touches on what we believe is the first Ellianos Coffee location featuring a double serving lane covered by a full canopy. This innovative design isn’t just about looks—it creates a better experience for both customers and team members.

The full canopy provides:
✅ Shade from the Florida sun
✅ Protection from the rain
✅ A more comfortable ordering experience when rolling your window down during those afternoon showers
✅ Improved operational flow across both lanes

As construction wraps up, it’s exciting to see this concept come to life. The canopy adds a striking architectural element while delivering real-world functionality that customers will appreciate every day.

We can’t wait to see both lanes stacked with customers and this location serving the Ocala community at full speed.

Over the past few years, we made a pretty big shift at SimQ Development—from primarily residential work into commercial construction across Florida, especially in high-growth concepts like QSR and drive-thru builds.

It came down to recognizing where things were going and being willing to move early.

That decision has led us to work on larger, faster-paced projects with operators and brands that are expanding aggressively right now.
