**What’s hiding behind your walls matters. 👀**

During demolition, we sometimes uncover plumbing connections like these—commonly called **SharkBite or push-to-connect fittings**.

While these fittings can be useful for repairs and certain applications, when we’re remodeling a shower or tub, we don’t believe in simply covering questionable or aging plumbing back up and hoping for the best.

That’s one of the reasons we typically **replace the existing shower or tub valve while the wall is already open**.

It may be something you’ll never see once the project is finished, but doing the work correctly behind the walls is just as important as making the finished space beautiful.
