Today was our first meeting of the month and we kicked it off by announcing our employee of the month, Jared! 🌟 Jared is recognized for his hard work, initiative, and showing up everyday with a smile.

We also did a raffle for some prizes where our team earned tickets for each member they signed up for our Bee’s Club program 🐝

Aside from the goodies we gave away, we also had a few guest speakers from HALO and Moen Flo. All around a great meeting! 💪

What a weekend! ☀️ Our team had a blast at Everett’s block party, Summer in the City. We met many new faces in the community while giving away swag and sweet treats to kids and families. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and also to those who entered our raffle contest for a free water heater! We’ll be selecting the winner later today 🎟️🌟

Shoutout to Downtown Everett Association for having us as the presenting sponsor. We look forward to next year!

Some service calls leave a lasting impression 💛

After helping this wonderful Seattle couple clear their kitchen drain, our tech, TD, shared a little about his Lao heritage. Touched by the conversation, they surprised him with a beautiful traditional Lao tapestry adorned with charms and medallions symbolizing good fortune, prosperity, and protection.

What started as a routine plumbing visit turned into a meaningful cultural exchange and a reminder that kindness can create connections in the most unexpected ways. This special gift is something he’ll cherish forever ✨

Not every service call is just a repair. Sometimes it’s about protecting a family.

Our technician arrived to service this water heater and quickly discovered dangerous carbon monoxide levels. Before any other work began, the priority became making the home safe.
