The sun is shining! The flowers are here! They are so pretty that you need to be careful because you'll be hooked and never want grocery store flowers again!

The roadside cart is open today, Thursday the 18th, until 8 pm. There are $20 posie jars in there that hopefully fit in your car cupholders.

Tomorrow I'll have posie jars and maybe a few bigger wrapped bouquets! They are so pretty. Get out here! You don't even need to fix your hair or put on real clothes. Nobody is going to see you. And if we do, well...wait 'til you see what I look like all covered in dirt and sweat.

As soon as the weather looks ominous today, I'll close the doors on the cart, but the flowers will be inside. Pull over or pull into our driveway and pick your favorite.

Happy Tuesday! We're going back to our roots today and Wednesday with posie jars!

These super cute jars filled with flowers give you an excuse to treat yourself, or to grab one for your neighbor and drop in for a visit.

I'll start with ten jars each morning and go from there. Yes, I'll hold if you ask!

It's rain or shine because the cute cart my husband built me keeps things safe, but if it's blowing rain then the doors may be closed--open them.

I'll post photos once they are made. Coneflowers, coreopsis, ranunculus, and more--they are bright and cheery!

I'm still a little sleepy from pulling an all-nighter Friday night while I prepped flowers for a wedding.💍 I was having so much fun that I was shocked when I came upstairs and the sun had risen.

But! The cart is open today all day long from 10 am until 8 pm. I have so many pretty flowers that would look beautiful in your home or at work.

They will bring you so much joy and make your week even better, promise!

What's in them? Ranuncs, maybe peonies, coneflowers, Lamb's Ear, coreopsis, and more!

The humidity is gone (kinda) so I'm putting flowers out in the cart! They are out there right now and will be out this weekend, too!

Stay tuned for Saturday and Sunday's hours, but for now the cart is open until 8 pm tonight, Friday the 12th.

Truth. I've turned into a flower snob.

I made the trek to Trader Joe's for one thing that I need for upcoming wedding flowers.

I used to think TJ's had really nice flowers. Sometimes I even thought of them as my competition because they buy such huge quantities that they get insanely low prices and can even take losses on their product.

Trader Joe's flowers aren't what they used to be.

I left without getting the flowers that I came to buy.

Apparently TJ's doesn't sell locally grown flowers anymore. They were all imports. And you could tell.

Locally grown flowers are fresher, with fewer broken stems, fewer crushed stems, fewer browning blooms.

They look better.

So, yes, I've become a flower snob.

Local is better.

Those are flighting words.
