This exhaust fan shaft is in a very hard to reach area, requiring a complete removal of the whole thing every time the bearings need to be greased... which means they never gets greased! I've fabricated some custom tubing and installed it here to allow them to be greased without removing it (the second tube allows the mechanic to purge the grease that's been sitting in the tube to make sure only fresh grease actually gets pressed into the bearing).
