Learning the game of golf goes well beyond the driving range. ⛳Fo First Tee South Dakota, creating a dedicated space for year-round golf instruction and youth development was an important part of the design process. Our team brought flexible classrooms, an indoor golf simulator and gathering spaces together under one roof, allowing First Tee to continue its programming through the winter months.

The result is a welcoming learning environment where young golfers can practice, connect and build confidence all year long.

Check out the latest construction progress at the Marion VA Medical Center in Marion, Illinois!

The renovation of Patient Ward 3B is moving into the interior finishes stage, bringing the facility one step closer to an updated care environment designed to improve patient privacy and support specialized intensive care needs.

Great progress by Smith Hafeli, Inc. and the entire project team! We're looking forward to seeing the finished spaces.

Improving accessibility in an existing building often requires working through challenges that aren't immediately visible.

At the Plymouth County Courthouse in Le Mars, Iowa, our team addressed courtroom accessibility, sightlines and audiovisual functionality while preserving the character of the historic facility.

Thoughtful renovations like these can improve how existing public buildings function today while preparing them to serve their communities for years to come.
