Vermont’s skilled trades workforce needs more than a conversation. It needs a community willing to step up.

Last month, ReArch’s Ryan Ahern traveled to Washington, D.C., to speak at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Talent Pipeline Summit about Vermont’s workforce challenges and the industry-wide collaboration behind Vermont Construction Academy (VCA).

His message was clear: Building the next generation of skilled trades professionals takes all of us.

**Now it’s our turn to show up.**

VCA’s Fall Festival Fundraiser is tomorrow, and we’re calling on our industry partners, friends, and community to rally behind this important cause.

Join us for an evening of great food, drinks, raffle prizes, and a chance to tour the academy and meet the students whose futures we're helping build.

Every ticket purchased directly supports hands-on training and career opportunities for Vermont’s future workforce.

On September 30, ReArch Construction joined Windham & Windsor Housing Trust, Evernorth, Vermont Integrated Architecture, P.C. (VIA), project partners, and community members to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Alice Holway—a new mixed-income housing community bringing 25 new homes to Putney, Vermont.

ReArch was proud to serve as general contractor on a project that pairs much-needed housing with an ambitious approach to building performance. Alice Holway incorporates ground-loop geothermal, triple-glazed windows, energy recovery ventilation, and rooftop solar PV to create comfortable, energy-efficient homes designed for the long term.

Five apartments are designated for households at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness, further extending the impact of this important development.

Congratulations to Windham & Windsor Housing Trust, Evernorth Property, Vermont Integrated Architecture, and the entire project team on this milestone.
