This project started as a simple concrete removal and grading job… until we uncovered what was really underneath.

The existing concrete was significantly thicker than expected, with heavy perimeter sections and deeper areas that turned into a much larger removal process than originally visible from the surface. Situations like this are exactly why experience matters in this industry.

Instead of cutting corners or leaving the site uneven, our crew adapted, brought in the right equipment, removed the failed concrete correctly, hauled out the extra material, and reworked the base to ensure proper grade and drainage for the new sod installation being completed by another contractor.

The finished result is a clean, properly prepared foundation that sets the next phase of the project up for long-term success.
