Breaking ground on something bigger than a building.
We were honored to join Elevate Lives and Hood-Rich Architecture for the groundbreaking of Elevate Heights in north Springfield.
This project has a special connection to Napredak. Owners Josh and Jeremy Bryan grew up in the neighborhood and attended what was formerly Robberson Elementary, now the Elevate Center, located on this very property. Years later having the opportunity to return and help create something that will serve families in the community they grew up in makes this project even more meaningful.
Phase One will include 21 apartments—but as we were reminded at the groundbreaking, that’s not just 21 apartments. That’s 21 families who will have a place to call home.
And that’s what makes this project special.
Elevate Heights is part of Elevate Lives’ larger mission to help families build lasting stability and independence through housing, mentorship, financial education, workforce development and community support.
At Napredak Builders, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve as general contractor and work alongside Elevate Lives, Hood-Rich Architecture and the entire project team to bring that mission to life.
The shovels have officially hit the ground. Now, it’s time to build.
