While I was away things progressed at the Wilson home 🏡. Beautiful white oak treads being installed. Bathrooms are getting some tile put in bringing some color and design to the spaces. And front porch is getting some Limestone.

Just returned from the Utah Parade of Homes and I’m coming home inspired. 🏡

What stood out most wasn’t the size of the homes or the finishes it was the intentionality behind every space.

Homes designed around how families actually live. Thoughtful details. Incredible natural light. Spaces that feel like a retreat from the moment you walk in.

I’m excited to bring some of these ideas back to Kentucky and continue helping our homeowners create homes that truly fit their lifestyle. 🦋

Today we had the opportunity to meet Trevor and Chelsey and tour the incredible Creek Side Dream House here at the Utah Parade of Homes.

This home truly felt like a luxury resort. From the clean architectural lines and stunning walls of windows to the peaceful waterfall feature, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a space that feels both elevated and relaxing.

Grateful for the chance to connect with such talented builders and designers. You both did an amazing job bringing this vision to life!

If you’re visiting the Parade, be sure to add House #17 to your list. It’s one you won’t want to miss.

I have so much to share about the UT Parade of Homes as we head into day 2 but I just wanted to share this experience. We were looking for a new place to try for dinner last night and ended up at Seven Brothers!

Hands down, this was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was exceptional. Our server just happened to share my name, Nikki, and at the end of our meal she surprised us with a handwritten note. 🗒️ It’s those personal touches that make a place truly memorable. She made my Day! 🦋

If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed. Tell them Nikki sent you!
