Another successful stormwater maintenance project completed in Concord, NC.

Our crew cleaned and restored this sand filter and grit chamber to improve system performance and flow efficiency. Work included:

• Refreshing the rip rap
• Removing built-up organic material from the sand filter
• Vacuuming out approximately 2,000 gallons of water, silt, and leaves from the grit chamber

Regular BMP maintenance like this helps prevent clogging, improves water quality, and keeps stormwater infrastructure functioning properly.

Lincolnton drainage project completed💦
Today we wrapped up a 9 downspout drainage project that included 480’ of pvc pipe and a directional bore under a sidewalk. Customer requested pvc over corrugated pipe for longevity and structural integrity. We put the finishing touches on by color matching the pvc with the downspouts. 🚧 Another project completed by A & A Outdoor Solutions!🚧

We recently installed 16 safety bollards in this gravel parking lot to help protect a fire hydrant and security pole from vehicle damage. Using our Dingo with an auger attachment, we were able to efficiently drill and set each post for a solid, long-lasting installation.

To finish the job, we painted all bollards safety yellow for maximum visibility and spread fresh gravel around the work area to leave the site clean and looking sharp. 💪

Another retention pond restoration completed today at the Medic 911 🚑 headquarters in Charlotte. This dry pond had major erosion issues, large bald spots, and heavy overgrowth around the outfall area. We came in, regraded and harley raked the problem areas, added fresh topsoil, planted new grass, and installed straw matting to help stabilize the soil and promote healthy growth. We also cleared out the overgrown vegetation to restore safe and easy access to the outfall structure.

A properly maintained retention pond helps prevent erosion, improves drainage performance, and keeps your property looking clean and professional.

Today we removed this 25 year old River Birch tree 🌳 that was encroaching on the customer’s septic drain lines. We hauled the entire tree off including the stump in 1 load. Brought in a load of dirt to level the area and even touched up the customer’s gravel driveway. Be sure to give us a call for your next outdoor project!
