That sewer line was hanging on by a thread. 😳

Our team responded to a backed-up sewer line in Shelby Township and found a heavily restricted cast iron line packed with buildup and corrosion.

We opened the line, restored proper flow, and used our sewer camera to get a closer look inside the system.

Found the problem. Fixed it right. 🔧 586-257-1272

This one turned into a full 50-60 ft underfloor pipe replacement, and the old cast iron line had literally rotted through on the bottom. Once we opened it up, there was no question it needed to go.

Swapped it all out for new SCH 40 piping, passed rough plumbing inspection, and while we were down there we also replaced their 50-gallon water heater that had started leaking.

Buttoned back up, tested, and running clean. This is the job most people never see, but it’s the job that matters most.

Floor break in Rochester Hills. Customer had multiple backups so we ran a camera and found the problem, old cast iron completely rotted out with multiple breaks under the slab.

We dug it up, pulled the old pipe, replaced it with new PVC, backfilled with concrete, and passed inspection. All in one day.
