This old drain pipe was showing its age, and then some.

Cracks, heavy corrosion, and sections visibly breaking apart. Swipe through to see the damaged piping, the new PVC installation, and the concrete patching that followed.

Most of this work ends up hidden beneath the floor. These photos show what went into it.

Proud of the DNA Honest Plumbing crew for putting in the work.

150 years of compassion. One afternoon we’ll remember.

DNA Honest Plumbing was honored to attend Michigan Humane’s 37th Annual Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch as guests of Bosch USA.

The animals, their stories, and the generosity throughout the room made the mission feel personal. We were also proud to make a donation toward Bumper’s care through Michigan Humane.

A sincere thank you to BoschUSA for inviting us to share in this celebration.

We also appreciate event supporters Huntington Bank , Hagopian Hagopian Rugs and Floors, Mike Morse Law Firm Mike Morse Law Firm, and Strategic Staffing Solutions Strategic Staffing Solutions for helping make the afternoon possible.

To the staff and volunteers behind the care: your work was the heart of the day.

Thank you, Michigan Humane, for being a part of our story. We’re grateful to be a small part of yours.

Here’s what’s happening in this plumbing repair:

The crew is using controlled heat to loosen and work a copper valve connection while stabilizing the valve with pliers. This helps separate the connection safely and prepare it for repair or replacement.
