Recently, our Philadelphia team came together alongside Melissa DiMuro for a collaborative session focused on company strategy, brand evolution, career growth, and leadership perspectives. Thoughtful questions from team members sparked open dialogue and meaningful conversations across the room.

From connecting with teams at each location to spending time with our People, Culture, and Marketing teams and local leadership, the visit was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships and continue building the culture that moves Limbach forward.

As we reflect on Memorial Day, we continue to reflect on the meaning behind the day: honoring and remembering those who gave their lives in service to our country. We’re sharing a message from Jim Johnson, General Manager at Limbach DC and member of our Veterans ERG, who reminds us that many veterans continue to carry the lasting effects of service long after their time in uniform.

His challenge to all of us is simple: beyond the ceremonies and moments of remembrance, consider reaching out to a veteran who may not often have visitors. Sometimes the smallest gesture can carry the greatest impact.
