As our Project Control Manager, Jose Diaz keeps projects running smoothly from the first kickoff meeting to final closeout. His attention to detail is unmatched. He catches the small things before they become big things and keeps timelines on track.

What truly sets Jose apart is the way he shows up for the people around him. Whether it’s tracking down information, solving a scheduling challenge, or helping two departments get on the same page, he’s a steady source of support across the entire company.

His own team runs like a tight ship, and that’s no accident. Jose leads by example, sets clear expectations, and gives his team the guidance and backing they need to do their best work. He’s the kind of leader people are glad to work for.

Thank you, Jose, for everything you do to keep us organized, connected, and moving forward. We’re lucky to have you!

As temperatures drop, a properly installed EPDM roofing system is built to handle the season. Its flexibility helps it perform through cold-weather conditions, while the insulation beneath the membrane helps reduce heat loss from the building.

Winter is a good time to make sure your roof is ready to protect what’s inside. Contact RBT Roofing to talk about your commercial roofing needs.

Modified bitumen, often called ModBit, is a low-slope roofing system made with asphalt-based sheets reinforced for strength and flexibility. The sheets are installed in layers, and the seams are sealed to help create a watertight roof.

Depending on the system, ModBit can be installed using heat, adhesives, or self-adhered materials. The right method depends on the roof, product, and project requirements.
