Meet Silvestre Negrete-

Concrete Field Lead | Resin-Bound Installer

Silvestre started in the concrete trade very early in life and has spent the last 16+ years building real experience in residential, commercial, and industrial concrete construction.

5 years as a laser screed operator.
5 years as a foreman.
Somero Laser Screed certified.
And landed a superintendent position in tilt-up concrete construction at just 30 years old.

His work ethic is different. His leadership on a jobsite is exactly what separates good concrete work from serious concrete work.

With Silvestre leading the concrete side, Crete & Co. is built to take on high-volume pours and larger-scale concrete projects with confidence.

No job is too big when the right person is leading the pour.

And for us, that person is Silvestre.

This homeowner chose Vuba Stone in Ipanema, finished with a seamless install at the pool coping and vertical return.

After more layers of paint than we could count and a slab that was failing in several areas, this surface needed more than a quick overlay.

That’s where our technical understanding of concrete matters. We removed what needed to go, addressed the weak spots, and gave this pool deck the prep it deserved.

No matter what anyone says… it’s ALL in the prep. 💣
