Please let us start with thank you to all of our customers that have patiently waited to be dug out. We haven't had a storm like this in 10 years! In addition to the 10+ inches of snow then ice falling on top now followed by freezing temps we don't need to explain how difficult this storm is to move. Also FYI there is a salt shortage everywhere. We appreciate you. Our crews have been working since Sunday morning at 3 am so exhaustion is now a factor. We are not able to accommodate call ins at this time for which we apologize for. Again thank you for your patients if you haven't been seen to yet we are still out there working.
