Big milestone at Benji’s Deli! 🥪🔥
We’ve officially completed and passed the final building inspection, and today we’re moving on to the final fire inspection. After that, we’ll have just one final step left — the Health Department inspection.

It’s been exciting watching this commercial tenant improvement come together from start to finish. We’re getting very close to turning the space over and seeing Benji’s Deli ready to serve the community.

Proud of the work our team and subcontractors have put into this project. Almost across the finish line! 💪

Every contractor has that one corner of the shop full of stuff we know we’ll need someday. 😂

Random brackets? Keep ’em.
Extra lumber? Absolutely.
Three screws from a discontinued door closer? Do not touch those.
Mystery piece of hardware from 2017? I’ve got plans for that.

It’s not hoarding when you’re in construction—it’s inventory management with no expiration date. 😂🔨

Making solid progress at Benji’s Deli! 🔨

We’re finishing up the cabinet run for the point-of-purchase counter, and everything is starting to come together.

Monday will be another big milestone:
🔧 Plumbers will complete their final trim-out
⚡ Electrical final is scheduled
✅ One step closer to wrapping up this commercial build-out

Proud of the progress and looking forward to seeing the finished space come together!

Well you do what you can with what you got... I took 3 different species of butcher blocks and did the best I could staining and polyurethaning four pieces. I will post a Pic once we get them installed.
