R and A Tree Service did a great job taking down a large tree limb for us so it would not fall on our house in a wind storm. Ricardo said he didn’t want to use spikes to climb since it would harm the tree, so he threw a rope over a higher branch and used rope and carabiner equipment to climb up without hurting the tree.

Ricardo used safety equipment and he and his dad made sure the job was done well. He communicated with us along the way, making sure he was working on what we wanted. He took off branches carefully, lowering the main section down by rope. Then he took off chunks of the big limb in question and dropped them to the ground. He and his dad totally cleaned up the area when he was done.

The cost was perfect for our budget. Ricardo communicated well and showed up on time. The job was done exactly as we wanted and we feel much better not having that section of the tree hanging over our house.

We would highly recommend R and A for any tree or landscaping work!
