The clocks fall back tonight, but your comfort shouldn’t. ⏰ And yes, the office dogs are already filing complaints about their dinner schedule. 🐾

Daylight Saving Time ends. Cozy season begins. 🔥 Gas logs, fireplaces, heating, hot water... propane can help keep your home comfortable as the days get darker and colder.

Happy Halloween from the Superior Energy three-ring circus. 🎪🎃 We asked AI to imagine our office dogs and their humans at Halloween, and apparently it decided we run a circus.

Between propane, electrical work, generators, heating calls, office dogs, community events, and giving back whenever we can, there’s always a lot happening around here.

We may be a small local team, but we’ve got the right crew to keep it all moving.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Halloween from Team Superior! 🐾🔥

Some Halloween scares are fun. Running out of propane, losing power, or discovering a neglected tank? Not so much. 🔥

Swipe through a few Superior Energy horror stories. Consider it your annual reminder that the real jump scare is realizing you should’ve called us sooner. 👻

No tricks. Just dependable propane and a local team that’s here when you need us.

Happy Halloween from Superior Energy! 🎃

It’s been just over a week since our annual Pet Adoption Event, so we’ve been wondering… how are all those newly adopted pets settling in? 🐾❤️

Somers Veterinary Hospital joined us again this year and shared how much care goes on behind the scenes to help CT Humane Society pets get a healthy start before they head home with their new families.

We’re so grateful to have wonderful local partners like Somers helping make this event special each year.

For anyone who recently welcomed a new pet, you may have heard of the 3-3-3 rule as a helpful reminder that adjusting takes time:

🐾 3 days to decompress
🐾 3 weeks to begin learning the routine
🐾 3 months to start feeling truly at home

Every pet adjusts at their own pace, but patience, consistency, and lots of love can go a long way.

If you adopted at this year’s event, we’d love to hear how your new family member is doing! 🐶🐱

Nearly one week since our Pet Adoption Event, and we’re still feeling so grateful to our wonderful community. 🐾💙

What started at our Vernon office in 2014 has grown into a community tradition we look forward to every year.

Our staff, families, local businesses, longtime partners, and neighbors all come together to help the Connecticut Humane Society connect wonderful animals with new homes.

After 12 Pet Adoption Events, we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who continues to show up, pitch in, and make it all possible year after year.

It truly means everything.

Remember Nickalo from our Pet Adoption Event? 🐾💙 He’s still looking for his forever playmate!

Nickalo is a 1-year-old Cane Corso/Belgian Malinois mix who is smart, high-energy, affectionate, and always ready for his next adventure. Think walks, playtime, brain games, and then a serious cuddle session.

He needs a cat-free home, plenty of activity, and a family experienced with large, energetic dogs. He may also enjoy a dog sibling after a meet-and-greet.

We loved meeting this gentle giant at the event. Let’s help him find the right home!

🐾❤️ 37 PETS FOUND THEIR FOREVER HOMES!

What a day! Thanks to our amazing community, 37 pets were adopted and $11,000 was raised for the CT Humane Society at Superior Energy's annual Pet Adoption Event!

We're not just keeping homes warm. We're helping pets find warm, loving homes, too! 🏡💙

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who adopted, donated, volunteered, and supported this special day! We were also delighted to welcome back Connecticut State Senator Jeff Gordon, who stopped by again this year to show his support for the event.

📸 Take a look at some of our favorite moments from Saturday!
