🚦 Improving Pedestrian Safety in Downtown Carrollton! 🚦

Reedwick is proud to be upgrading the traffic signal system in the Carrollton Square with programmable signal heads designed to improve pedestrian safety.

These upgraded signals provide greater control over traffic movements, helping prevent vehicles from entering areas where pedestrians have the right-of-way and creating a safer environment for everyone walking, shopping, dining, and enjoying our beautiful downtown.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to use our expertise to help make the communities we serve safer—one intersection at a time. 💙

Whether you’re a homeowner digging for the first time or a seasoned professional, it’s crucial to contact 811 a few days in advance to have underground utilities marked. Stay safe this summer!

Update 7/17: Lane was released home end of last week. Please continue to lift him and his family up in prayer as he begins recovery and starts some of the surgical procedures to aid in healing.

Yesterday our Reedwick family experienced a serious on-the-job accident involving one of our valued employees, Lane.

Lane is currently receiving care at Grady Hospital and is in serious but stable condition. We are incredibly grateful for the first responders, medical personnel, and everyone who has already reached out with concern and support.

At this time, we ask that you please keep Lane, his precious wife and family, and all of our employees in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the days ahead.

Our Reedwick team is standing together as Lane receives the care he needs. We deeply appreciate the kindness, prayers, and encouragement from our community.

Reedwick celebrated the season with our annual family Christmas party early in December. From recognizing outstanding employees with awards, to Santa photos with Mr. & Mrs. Claus, handing out custom stockings for the precious children of our employees, and a wonderful shared meal — the night was filled with laughter, gratitude, and holiday cheer!

Our success is built on the commitment, craftsmanship, and integrity of our team. We are deeply thankful for the long hours, teamwork, and passion our employees show — not just during the holidays, but all year long. We truly could not do what we do without them and the families who support them.

The evening was made even more meaningful as we honored and celebrated the retirement of Van and Alison, two of our five founding owners. Their years of leadership, dedication, and heart have left a lasting legacy on Reedwick and the people who make it what it is. We are so thankful for all they have given and pray for them the very best in this next chapter. They plan on still joining us for employee trainings, helping with special events, and staying in touch with everyone who has grown to love them.
