Ajibade joins our Fort Myers office as a Senior Project Manager, bringing nearly three decades of experience as a licensed architect leading projects across the commercial, hospitality, workplace, mixed-use, retail, and multifamily sectors.

With extensive expertise in both design and project delivery, he guides projects from early planning through construction, helping clients transform ideas into successful, high-performing environments. Known for his collaborative approach, leadership, and commitment to mentoring, Ajibade has already become a valued member of our team.

Reaching new heights in Bridgeport.

Studio+ joined project partners to celebrate the topping out of the new outpatient surgery center for WVU Medicine at United Hospital Center, marking an important step toward expanding access to advanced outpatient care in the region.

Developed through Arthrex's Surgery Center Innovation (ASC X) program, the two-story center is designed to support efficient outpatient surgical care through thoughtfully planned operating rooms, recovery areas, and support spaces, with future expansion opportunities built into the design.

The celebration included a signature beam covered with messages from project team members and stakeholders, reflecting the excitement, support, and connection already surrounding the project.

This topping out marks a major milestone, recognizing the collaboration and shared vision that have guided the project from concept through construction and bringing advanced outpatient surgical care one step closer to the community.

At Amavida Living, our team designed a 500,000 SF campus that brings together independent living, assisted living, memory care, resort-style amenities, wellness spaces, dining venues, and cottage residences into one connected community.

Through projects like Amavida, we've seen a few qualities consistently shape successful senior living communities: opportunities for aging in place, wellness-focused amenities, gathering spaces that foster connection, and environments that support resident engagement.

Designed around the rehabilitation journey, ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lecanto brings together patient-centered spaces, specialized therapy environments, and efficient clinical operations to support meaningful recovery and long-term success.

The most memorable spaces are often defined by the details.

For Altar'd State at North Hills in Raleigh, North Carolina, every material, texture, and branded element was thoughtfully integrated to create a cohesive experience from arrival to checkout. A satin bronze woven wire mesh architectural feature serves as a defining design element, adding depth, texture, and a warm metallic finish that shifts with light and perspective throughout the day.

The custom metal detailing, architectural lighting, specialty glazing, and branded entry elements work together to create a distinctive storefront that establishes a strong presence within the lifestyle center while reinforcing the retailer's identity.

It's the smaller details that help transform a building into a memorable experience.

What begins as a digital vision eventually becomes a space designed to support real people, real care, and everyday moments that matter.

For Premier Women's Care of Southwest Florida, every detail was thoughtfully planned to support both patient experience and long-term operational growth. From imaging and mammography to outpatient clinic functions and collaborative provider spaces, the facility creates a more intuitive and efficient experience.

Designed as a new two-story tilt-up concrete medical office building, the facility was organized around clear workflows, pod-based clinical planning, and patient-centered circulation to support comfort, privacy, and operational flexibility.

Seeing the completed space align so closely with the original renderings is a reminder of the value of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and design that carries through every phase of a project.

Wedding season is here 👰✨ and there’s something exciting about spaces designed for life’s biggest moments.

Recently completed by our Traverse City team, Vow'd Weddings in San Antonio, TX, is a bridal concept by Altar'd State where layout, materiality, and atmosphere come together to create a more intentional shopping experience

Designed to feel warm, clean, and approachable, the space supports both the customer journey and the brand experience from the moment guests walk in. Along Broadway, new storefront systems, illuminated signage, pink awnings, and curated interior moments help create an experience that feels both memorable and inviting.
