Our Founder and CEO Harry Davis, and President Rolley Davis joined Ed Stelter on Foundations, a podcast about the histories behind the construction companies that built the places we use every day. The episode was recorded live at the AGC of Virginia Annual Convention at The Homestead.

They walk through where Sussex started in 1990, how a two-room office and an early hospital renovation grew into a firm working across the Mid-Atlantic, and the client relationships that still account for more than 90% of our work today. With Rolley recently stepping into the President role, it's a fitting time to look back at how the company got here.
