Guys,

Running a construction company, managing a group of guys, or even working or being apart of a crew is probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Similar to a football team in Highschool/College, or that of a military or police force, there is a certain camaraderie and atmosphere that is created when men come together to do hard and difficult tasks. If you weren’t joking, having a laugh, and making fun of each other, the work would be unbearable. The amount of trash talk and banter is something every man needs to experience. Some of my best memories and most fun moments have been with hard working men on a tough project! If you know, you know!

Project complete. It has been a privilege for us to work alongside the City of Norfolk on the new basketball court at Central Park. This project has been especially meaningful to us, and it's been rewarding to see it come to life from start to finish. Knowing this court will be a place where the community gathers and memories are made makes it even more special. We are grateful to be part of this project and thankful for every opportunity. Construction work is still underway at the Pow Wow Grounds in Niobrara as we help get everything ready for the upcoming Pow Wow.
Lacreme Construction is proud to be part of this project, and one milestone along the way was successfully completing three different concrete pours at the same time. We’re honored to help prepare this space for everyone who will be attending and can’t wait to see it come to life.

Excited to be working for the City of Norfolk! We will always stay humble and appreciate every opportunity we get as a company! Growing up in Norfolk, attending Westside Elementary and getting to play ball on this basketball court at Central Park, it’s fun to be back here installing the concrete for the new court! When we started our business we didn’t have insurance, we could never imagine being able to be bonded. We have come a long way, and are excited for the future! Thank you to all of the clients that continue to believe in us! Ultimately may God get the glory for what we are doing!
