When we approach a primary suite, we’re designing the bedroom and bathroom as one connected experience.⁠

For this Shepherd Park Modern Retreat, that meant rethinking the existing footprint to give the homeowners more room where it mattered most. We expanded the primary bathroom into an adjacent bedroom, making space for a generous double vanity and oversized tiled shower with a built-in bench and recessed niches. In the bedroom, a paneled feature wall adds architectural character and dimension.⁠

That’s the advantage of approaching a renovation as both designer and builder. We look beyond finishes to how layout, architecture, and construction work together to create a primary suite that functions better every day.⁠
