We're throwing it back to our 2024 team training at Milwaukee Tool's headquarters!

Our team had the opportunity to tour Milwaukee Tool's world-class facilities, learn more about the company's legacy of innovation, and strengthen our knowledge as we continue serving transitioning service members, National Guard members, Reservists, and veterans.

Experiences like these help us grow as a team and strengthen the partnerships that support our mission. Thank you, Milwaukee Tool, for an unforgettable visit and your continued support of Helmets to Hardhats!

Joe Osborn, Ohio Valley Regional Manager, recently visited the Operating Engineers Local #132 Training Center in Ravenswood, West Virginia.

Their versatile 230 acres training site offers an ideal environment for realistic, hands-on training in heavy equipment operation and safety practices.

In 2024, they constructed a large indoor training center, allowing instruction to continue year-round regardless of weather conditions.

Through their signatory contractors, Local #132 members have worked on projects such as the Nucor Power Plant, Turnpike Travel Plazas, Raleigh and Morgantown Airports, and numerous Windfarm projects across West Virginia. They also offer diesel mechanic apprenticeships.

To learn more about how to join their apprenticeship program, reach out to Joe today! And check out their website at https://hubs.ly/Q04v0nmw0.

Two years ago, our Michigan Representative, Sam Dougherty, visited the New Lock at the Soo Project in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, a major infrastructure project managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to meet H2H veteran Ryan Malmborg of Operating Engineers Local 324, who was helping build this impressive project in Sault Ste. Marie. It was especially rewarding to see so many veterans on the jobsite and to recognize the commitment of Kokosing Alberici Traylor (KAT) to employing those who have served.

We're proud to see veterans building America's future—one project at a time.
