opened in 2002 as a small, five-man construction company located in Eureka, IL. The business was started as a passion project for future generations to work together, providing quality construction services, during the family farm’s off-season. Today it has grown to a company of over 50 employees constructing high-quality post-frame buildings all throughout Illinois. During the winter months, we p

rovide snow removal service in Peoria & its surrounding area. This diversification offers year-round employment & security for our valued employees. Built upon strong values, we strive to maintain a business reputation of integrity & trust. We want to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. Unsatisfied with the traditional method of placing posts in the ground, we developed a concrete pier & steel bracket system that kept all of the wood posts out of the ground. This new foundation system significantly reduced the risk of post rot & helped solve a major issue of long-term building needs. Always looking for ways to improve, Blunier Builders took the bracket system one step further by switching from hot-dipped galvanized steel brackets to stainless steel brackets. With the combination of concrete piers & stainless steel brackets to keep the wood off the ground, a Blunier building will be around for many generations to enjoy! We continue to grow through innovation, hard work, and dedication to the values we started with. For Blunier Builders, the sky is the limit!

This 72’ x 120’ x 18’ shop + cold storage building was designed for serious space and functionality, all wrapped in a timeless red & white exterior.
Features include:
• 30’ x 16’ sliding door in the cold storage area
• 30’ x 16’ hydraulic shop door
• 20’ x 16’ overhead door between the shop & storage spaces
• Trench drain in the shop for easy cleanup
• 3’ steel mansard over the entry door

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives defending our country and protecting the freedoms we cherish every day.

Reclaimed barn tin on the ceiling, custom tongue-and-groove below… and a hidden feature built right into the design 🤫👇

This existing building was taken from a basic interior and fully built out to match the customer’s exact vision.

Rustic barndominium character was brought to life through reclaimed barn tin on the ceiling for an authentic, warm finish, paired with custom tongue-and-groove work and matching knee walls that tie the space together.

Detailed base and case trim and faux columns were added to complement the original structure, keeping everything cohesive from end to end.

Even the practical details were considered, with discreet removable sections integrated into the design for future maintenance access, hidden in plain sight.

The result is a fully finished, elevated interior that feels intentional, functional, and true to the lifestyle the owner wanted.
