We were called out for a massive water leak underneath the slab. Instead of jackhammering through the entire building, tearing up floors, and creating a huge mess, we came up with a better solution.

We rerouted the water line outside the building, eliminating the need for major interior demolition while getting the customer’s water system back up and running.

Our customer called because they noticed water leaking around the water service line where it entered the basement. We started by excavating outside, expecting to find a failed seal at the foundation wall.

Once we dug down, we found the seal had indeed failed—but that wasn’t the whole story. We also discovered a broken sewer line leaking directly onto the unsealed water line pe*******on, allowing water to make its way into the basement.

We repaired the sewer, properly sealed the water line pe*******on, and got everything back to normal.
