Sometimes the smartest remodel isn't the biggest one—it's the one with the greatest impact.

After postponing updates to their primary bathroom for years, these homeowners were preparing to list their home and needed a space that was both beautiful and functional while staying within a carefully planned budget.

Together, we made thoughtful design choices that maximized value. Instead of an acrylic shower surround, they chose timeless ceramic tile, upgraded their single vanity to a spacious double vanity, and preserved the existing flooring by using it as the inspiration for the room's new color palette and finishes.
